If you receive a product that is incorrect, broken, faulty, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.
Timeframe
Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.
Replacement Process

To begin your replacement request, please send a video clearly showing the issue to our support team via WhatsApp.
In many cases, we can guide you with proper product usage if needed. Once the issue is confirmed, the replacement process will proceed as follows:
Return Instructions
We will share the appropriate return address with you directly on WhatsApp. Please ensure the product is packed securely, including the original box and all accessories.
Replacement Timing

We may arrange a pickup and deliver a replacement within 14 business days, depending on the situation.
Please note: Replacements are not offered for change of mind.
